Check & Connect is excited to host our 2024 Global Reach Conference on September 25 - 26th, 2024 in Minneapolis, MN! This conference is a collaborative gathering bringing together the C&C community of implementers from around the globe!

Conference attendees will have the option of joining us both days in person in Minneapolis, MN or 1-day virtually.

• Day 1 - Consists of a compelling keynote presentation, concurrent break-out sessions, and a closing plenary session.
• Day 2 (In Person Only) - Consists of panel discussions and engaging workshops.

Nominate an outstanding Check & Connect Mentor or Coordinator for recognition of their work at our 2024 Global Reach Conference. Award categories for outstanding mentors and coordinators are:

• Check & Connect Champion Mentor Award
