Technical Assistance

Check & Connect offers a variety of technical assistance offerings to support ongoing implementation. Technical assistance provides organizations with targeted support from a Check & Connect National Office team member to ask questions, brainstorm, and/or problem-solve issues around initial or ongoing implementation.

Examples of technical assistance include, but are not limited to:

Exploration Assessment

Facilitated Online Training

  • Structured support around self-paced online training, facilitating group discussions and applying reflections to implementation planning

Implementation Check-ins

  • Regular check-ins (frequency determined by the site) for C&C Administrators, Coordinators, and/or Mentors to discuss specific concerns, answer questions, problem-solve challenges, and/or provide personalized additional support where needed

Monitoring Tools

Initial monitoring tool setup
  • Purpose: get hands-on support to be ready to implement one of Check & Connect's complimentary monitoring tools with confidence.
  • Audience: Ideal for C&C coordinators, mentors, and school or district leaders looking to streamline implementation and data tracking.
  • What's Included: Guided setup support with a walkthrough of tool functionality and team training to ensure successful use at your site.
Monitoring Tool
  • Purpose: Tailor the data monitoring tools to align with your site's unique data and implementation needs.
  • Audience: Ideal for C&C coordinators, mentors, and program leaders seeking a customized solution.
  • What's Included: Up to 40 hours of hands-on support to customize of one of complimentary monitoring tools to meet your data needs and goals.
