Technical Assistance
Check & Connect offers a variety of technical assistance offerings to support ongoing implementation. Technical assistance provides organizations with targeted support from a Check & Connect National Office team member to ask questions, brainstorm, and/or problem-solve issues around initial or ongoing implementation.
Examples of technical assistance include, but are not limited to:
- Exploration Assessment: Guide your leadership team through the Readiness Tool: A Guide for Exploring Check & Connect at Your Site to make site-specific decisions for successful C&C implementation
- Facilitated Online Training: Structured support around self-paced online training facilitating group discussions and applying reflections to implementation planning
- Implementation Check-ins: Regular check-ins (frequency determined by the site) for C&C Administrators, Coordinators, and/or Mentors to discuss specific concerns, answer questions, problem-solve challenges, and/or provide personalized additional support where needed
